Vietnam War Veteran and former Congressman Frank Cepeda, 71

Former Congressman and Vietnam War veteran Frank Cepeda passed away yesterday [Aug. 15] on Saipan. He was 71.

Daily rosary is held at the Kristo Rai Church in Garapan. Funeral is on  Aug. 23 with Mass at 8 a.m. at Kristo Rai Church. He will be buried at the CNMI Veterans Cemetery in Marpi.

I served with Frank in the 7th Special Forces Group in the early 70s. He was a great soldier and human being. A loss for humanity.
